Program Overview
Guiding Compass is a 6-week self-leadership and personal growth coaching experience designed to help individuals break out of old patterns, build self-awareness, and step into lives of purpose and direction. Drawing from the Impact Shift framework, participants move through a proven process — from identifying limiting beliefs and subconscious patterns, to building internal motivation, setting meaningful goals, and making intentional decisions that align with who they are becoming.
Format: 6 Weeks | 1 Session Per Week
Delivery: Virtual or In-Person
Group Size: Up to 15 participants (organizational)
