Why Tennis?
Beyond Normal Tennis Club
A community-centered wellness initiative using tennis as a tool for exposure, confidence-building, mental health, and collective growth. Designed for beginners and first-time players, the club emphasizes access, discipline, and belonging over competition.
The Beyond Normal Tennis Club expands our Community & Culture pillar by introducing people to nontraditional spaces that support wellness, discipline, and exposure. Tennis is used as a vehicle to build confidence, emotional regulation, focus, and a sense of belonging—skills that translate into academic, career, and personal success. This initiative helps break down perceived barriers to access while fostering community, health, and leadership development.
