Our Services

Coaching

Using International Coaching Federation-based principles, our goal is to strengthen confidence, identity, communication, and self-leadership, so participants are fully prepared to engage in learning, relationships, and career exploration.

Through one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and facilitated workshops, participants develop self-awareness, clarity of goals, emotional intelligence, and essential life skills. Coaching serves as the foundation of the Beyond Normal ecosystem, equipping individuals with the mindset and tools needed to benefit from every other offering.

Coaching increases readiness and retention across learning experiences, community events, travel programs, and career pathways. It ensures participants are not only present, but prepared.

Workshop Wednesdays: An accessible space where people new to personal development can experience it in a low pressure, consistent forum.

According to the American Society of Training and Development, you can increase your potential by being accountable to someone who can be objective. This is the role of a coach.

Their research revealed the following about reaching a goal:

10% if you hear an idea.

25% if you consciously decide to adopt it.

40% if you choose when you will do it.

50% if you plan how you will do it.

65% if you commit to someone else, you will do it.

95% if you have a specific accountability appointment with the person to whom you committed (like a coach).

lEARNING eXPERIERIENCE cONSULTING

Using The ADDIE Model, we transform education into an experience that is responsive, relevant, and engaging for today’s learners.

Beyond Normal Exposure designs curriculum, workshops, and learning environments for schools, universities, nonprofits, and youth-serving organizations. These experiences integrate culture, identity, real-world application, and social-emotional learning to increase engagement and outcomes.

Learning experiences reinforce coaching outcomes, provide skill development for career pathways, and supply structure for community events and travel-based learning.

  • We design learning frameworks that help organizations adapt to change, develop inclusive leadership, and build future-ready talent ecosystems.

    How learning works here:

    • Systems thinking

    • Scenario-based learning

    • Leadership practice labs

    • Learning architecture design (not just training)

  • We specialize in applied research and evaluation for learning programs. That means we help organizations understand what’s actually happening in their programs, why it’s happening, and what to change next to improve outcomes

“The future cannot be designed for young people; it must be designed with them. Time and again, we’ve seen that sidelining youth voices widens generational divides and deepens the crisis of trust. Young people are essential stakeholders across all sectors and societies – engaging them doesn’t just improve policy; it renews the very foundations of our shared progress. “

Community Events

We strive to create spaces of belonging where culture, creativity, and connection support personal growth. Events such as Mid-Week Dinner Parties, creative workshops, social meetups, and our Tennis Club center identity and shared experience. These moments build trust, deepen relationships, and foster peer networks that strengthen long-term participation. Shifting people from rushing towards the weekend to moving between moments that already feel like life.

  • Spaces of that facilitatie connection for personal growth and leadership. Done in the form of dinners, listening parties, mixers, and game nights, wellness initatives and more. Emphasizing Volunteer events, we want to ensure that engaging with us helps push you closer to your goals.

  • A space to slow down and tend to your thinking. This gathering offers structured openness—time set aside for personal learning, creative work, or reflection, held collectively. Come as you are, bring what you’re working through, and let shared focus do the rest.

  • A community-centered wellness initiative using tennis as a tool for exposure, confidence-building, mental health, and collective growth. Designed for beginners and first-time players, the club emphasizes access, discipline, and belonging over competition.

The Beyond Normal Tennis Club expands our Community & Culture pillar by introducing people to nontraditional spaces that support wellness, discipline, and exposure. Tennis is used as a vehicle to build confidence, emotional regulation, focus, and a sense of belonging—skills that translate into academic, career, and personal success. This initiative helps break down perceived barriers to access while fostering community, health, and leadership development.
